I am a Clinical Psychologist Registrar with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I take a relaxed, transparent, and person-centred approach to therapy, grounded in genuine curiosity and deep respect for the individual’s unique experience.

My practice is evidence-based and collaborative, drawing on a range of established treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I also have specialist expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), informed by my PhD research on sleep perception in insomnia. This background allows me to bring both clinical and research-based insight to the assessment and treatment of sleep difficulties.
