Sophie Allen is the Administration Manager at Clinical Integration Solutions (CIS), where she oversees the day-to-day administrative operations and supports the continued growth and delivery of high-quality patient care across the group.

With a background in nursing, healthcare business development and leadership, Sophie brings a unique perspective to practice management. After beginning her career as a Registered Nurse and progressing into leadership roles within general practice, she joined the organisation as Referrer Liaison Officer, developing strong relationships with general practitioners, specialists and allied health professionals throughout Western Australia. She has since transitioned into the role of Administration Manager, where she leads operational improvement, streamlines processes and works closely with clinicians and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and referring practitioners.

Sophie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame Australia. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with a strong understanding of healthcare operations enables her to support the organisation’s ongoing growth while maintaining a focus on quality, innovation and patient outcomes.
