Ian Watts is Chief Operating Officer of Clinical Integration Solutions (CIS), overseeing strategy, business development and national operations across Cardio Vascular Services, Cardio Respiratory Sleep, Cardio Metabolic Services and Canopy Clinical Psychology.

Since joining CIS in 2009, Ian has progressed from clinical practice to executive leadership, bringing a unique blend of frontline healthcare experience and strategic business expertise. Originally trained as a Cardiac Sonographer specialising in echocardiography, he combines a strong clinical foundation with extensive operational and commercial leadership experience.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diplomas in Exercise Rehabilitation Science and Medical Ultrasound (Cardiac), and an MBA from the University of Western Australia. He is passionate about developing innovative, patient-centred healthcare services, building high-performing teams, and using technology and data-driven decision-making to improve health outcomes.
